Return Eligibility

  • Original tags and packaging are included
  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain accessories for hygiene reasons

Quality Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Cozygum.
  • For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
