Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

From time to time, Cozygum may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed on our website and applied during checkout when the requirements are met.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after shipment.

For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent while the package is in transit between countries or undergoing customs clearance.
